Rebecca Holmes is an 11-year resident of Winfield Township and a passionate advocate for children and families in West Chicago. Rebecca and her husband are proud parents of two children thriving in the district’s dual language program. With a deep commitment to community well-being, Rebecca currently serves as Secretary of the West Chicago Parks Foundation, a role she has held for 2 years. Previously serving as President for three years, Rebecca has a proven track record of leadership and a strong understanding of the needs of our community. As a fluent Spanish speaker and an employee of the West Chicago Park District, Rebecca brings a unique perspective and valuable experience to the table. She is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community where all residents have the opportunity to thrive.
